Order Preparation & Dispatch

Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

The average delivery time is between 10 and 12 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, postal strikes, or seasonal peak volumes.

Delivery Attempts

Your local carrier will make approximately 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a collection facility for 7 calendar days before being returned to sender.

Address Accuracy

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. In cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Re-shipping after a failed delivery due to an incorrect address incurs a €10.00 fee.

Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 3 to 5 days (or slightly longer depending on the destination) to appear in the system after dispatch.

Eligibility

MyFootballPlace accepts exchanges or returns when you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in pristine, unworn condition with all tags intact
• The item received differs from what was ordered
• There is a manufacturing defect that affects usability
• A personalised product contains an obvious error in customisation

What We Do Not Accept

• Return requests submitted after the 30-day window (except for confirmed defects)
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or broken/removed tags
• Size-related returns — please consult our size chart before ordering
• Personalised items returned due to buyer's remorse
