Refund policy

  • The MyFootballPlace store guarantees the buyer the right to Exchange or Return the product(s) under the following conditions:

    • If contact with the store for the purpose of Exchange or Return is made within 30 DAYS after receiving the product, as provided by the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
    • If the product is in perfect returnable condition, without signs of use, damage, and/or broken tags.
    • If the received product is different from the one selected by the consumer at the time of purchase.
    • If the product presents any manufacturing defects that compromise its use.
    • If the personalized product presents defects and/or obvious manufacturing errors regarding the previously requested personalization.

    ATTENTION! IMPORTANT TO HIGHLIGHT:

    • WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns after the 30-DAY period from the receipt of the product, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
    • WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns of product(s) with signs of use, damage, and/or broken tag(s), except in the case of manufacturing defects.
    • WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns if the product does not fit the desired SIZE. To avoid inconvenience, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the Size Chart provided on the product page.
    • WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns of personalized product(s) in case of regret, as provided by applicable legislation.

    HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST
    To initiate the Exchange or Return process, please send an email to support@myfootballplace.com with the following information:

    1. Your full name.
    2. Your order number.
    3. Reason for Exchange/Return.

    Subsequently, our team will contact you to proceed with the Exchange/Return.
